The palate shows a dry styled riesling displaying lime zest, Granny Smith apple and subtle mineral undertones. The finish is clean, with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering fruit presence. The light lees work adds a softly textured, supple mouthfeel. It is anticipated in time this wine will evolve to display
