Clement Seneque 1896-1930 - Nigel Hughes Maggie Resha Slight wear to top ofA private collection of his paintings. Painter and architect Clment Snque (1896 1930) was born in Mauritius. His family moved to Durban in 1900, where he lived for the rest of his life, apart from a few years spent in Paris (1921 1925). He died from pneumonia at the age of 33.
