Juicy and with a very lovely smoky and hot flavour. It is made from moose rump and is salted, hot smoked and has a spice mix around it. The steak does not need to be cooked but can be sliced with a good knife and eaten as it is. It works fantastically well as a luxurious fast food or why not on an
