Ayurvedic management for Vascular disease:
Vascular diseases in Ayurveda are primarily understood through the lens of Doshic imbalance (especially Vata and Pitta) and Dushita Rakta (vitiated blood). The treatment focuses not only on the disease (Vyadhi Chikitsa) but also on the diseased individual (Rogi Chikitsa), aiming for both symptomatic relief and long-term rejuvenation. Treatment modalities such as shodhana, Raktamokshana, Rakta prasadana aushadhis to avoid the recurrence and to improve the quality of the person over all. With the above treatment protocol yogasana, pathy-apathy (Dietary changes) will be added on.
